Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order, as all custom products are carefully crafted and designed by hand with love. Standard priority shipping vis USPS is typically 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may vary.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since CIM Designs cater to custom design needs, there is a strict no-returns/exchange policy in place. Your design, size, and all other details will be approved by you prior to the creation of your product.
